What materials are used for the plaques?

Our plaques are crafted from oak wood with a glossy piano finish. Each finish adds a unique touch of elegance, allowing you to choose the perfect style to complement your achievements.

How do I send my diploma/certificate?

Uploading is easy! You can select your preferred plaque finish and upload your file directly on the product page. Keep the original stored safely at home!

What format should my file be in?

We would prefer it if you send us a PDF with an RGB color scheme, however, we should be able to convert most common file types (.JPG, .PNG etc.) We will contact you if we run into any issues regarding your submitted file.

Can you improve the quality of my image?

Unfortunately, we are unable to improve the quality, or restore any distorted, pixelated or otherwise damaged images sent to us. The quality of the image that you send us is what you get! We will attempt to contact you if we have any questions regarding your submitted file.

Can I order a plaque for someone else?

Absolutely! Our plaques make for thoughtful gifts. Just provide us with a copy of the recipient's diploma or certificate, and we will create a beautiful plaque for them.

How should I care for my plaque?

To maintain the beauty of your UV printed plaque, we recommend keeping it in a dry environment and avoiding direct sunlight for prolonged periods. A gentle dusting with a soft cloth will help keep it looking pristine.

What is the typical turnaround time for orders?

Our typical turnaround time for creating and shipping your custom plaque is 5-7 business days. We strive to ensure that your order is processed as quickly as possible without compromising on quality. Please note that large quantity orders may require additional time to complete.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Due to the custom nature of our plaques, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect. Please ensure that all details are correct when placing your order.
